Description
OPTIBELT SPB 3000 BP belongs to v-belt, part of our Power transmission range. Tell us how many you need by WhatsApp or email and we'll get back to you promptly with a quote for SPB 3000 BP and any equivalents.
The Optibelt Blue Power SPB 3000 BP is a narrow wedge V-belt with profile SPB and a 3000 mm length. Before you fit it, inspect the drive so the new belt runs true from the first start.
Check the sheaves for wear, cracks, or grooves that can shorten belt life. Confirm the grooves match the SPB profile and that the sheaves are aligned and clean. Measure the center distance and confirm the 3000 mm length fits the drive layout.
This belt has a 16.3 mm top width, 13 mm height, and a 40 degree angle. Look for oil, heat, or debris around the drive, and correct any misalignment before tensioning. If the old belt failed early, find the cause before you install the new one.
We carry the Optibelt Blue Power SPB 3000 BP and supply maintenance, engineering, and purchasing teams across the United States, Canada, Mexico, and South America. Send the part number by WhatsApp or email and we will reply promptly to confirm the belt or suggest an equivalent.
