The GUMMI A-45/50 CX is a flexible coupling that connects two shafts while compensating for slight misalignment, damping vibration and absorbing torque peaks. Its CX configuration uses an axial hub, so the coupling stays fixed and does not shift along the shaft line. This makes it suitable for pumps, fans, gear reducers and similar transmission equipment where axial movement is not acceptable.

The model code breaks down into two parts: A-45/50 identifies the construction size within the GUMMI Type A series, and CX indicates the axial hub variant.
