The Dayco BP150 is a classical V-belt in the B profile, built for industrial drives that run standard-section belts. Its 3886.2 mm length and 17 mm top width make it a direct match when you are replacing a worn belt of the same section and length. Before fitting it, inspect the drive and sheaves so the new belt seats and wears correctly.

Start with the sheaves. Check groove walls for wear, scoring, or a polished step that lets the belt sit too deep. Worn grooves change the effective diameter and can cause slip, heat, and short belt life even when the replacement is the correct size. Confirm both sheaves are aligned and that the belt will run straight in the grooves.
