MR Power transmission

For single-strand roller chain drives, the MR simplex sprocket provides a reliable way to transfer motion between parallel shafts. It is machined to engage chains with pitches of 3/8", 1/2", 5/8" or 3/4". MR produces this sprocket in SAE 1045 steel and includes a hub for shaft mounting. It suits low- and medium-speed applications across various industries.

A double sprocket carries two rows of teeth on one piece and includes a hub for mounting on a shaft. It transfers motion between parallel chains or splits the output from a gear reducer. MR makes this sprocket from SAE 1045 steel and stocks four standard pitches, each with a range of tooth counts to match the required ratio.

For power transmission setups that call for a compact, hubless sprocket, these 1/2" pitch plate sprockets are made from SAE 1045 carbon steel. They mount straight onto a shaft or an adapter bushing and are held in place with set screws or a key. Tooth counts run from Z8 through Z40, so you can dial in the ratio your drive needs.
