The Optibelt 3-5V 2360 BP2 is a banded V-belt from the KB Blue Power 2 series, with a length of 5994 mm. Before you fit it, check the drive and sheaves.
Inspect sheave grooves for wear, rust, or embedded debris. Worn grooves can shorten belt life and cause slippage even with a new belt. Check sheave alignment with a straightedge or laser tool; misalignment leads to edge wear and uneven loading across the banded ribs.
Verify that all sheaves are secure on their shafts and that no bearings have excessive play. On banded belts, the ribs are joined; a single damaged groove can affect the whole belt. Confirm the drive can accept the 5994 mm length and that the take-up range allows proper tensioning.
After installation, recheck tension after the first few hours of running. Keep sheaves clean and dry. For a quote on the Optibelt 3-5V 2360 BP2, send the part number via WhatsApp or email.
