Description
OPTIBELT 22 x 3175 Li belongs to v-belt, part of our Power transmission range. Tell us how many you need by WhatsApp or email and we'll get back to you promptly with a quote for 22 x 3175 Li and any equivalents.
This Optibelt VB S=C Plus belt is a classical V-belt with a C profile and a length of 3175 mm. Its top width is 22 mm, its height is 14 mm, and its angle is 40 degrees. Before you fit it, inspect the drive and sheaves.
Check sheave grooves for wear, rust, or embedded debris. Worn grooves can let a new belt sit too deep, which leads to slip and heat. Confirm that the sheaves are aligned and that the driven equipment turns freely by hand.
Verify the old belt marking and the drive layout. This belt is identified as 22 x 3175 Li, so match that marking to the replacement. If the old belt is worn or stretched, use the part number rather than a measured length.
When you request a quote, send the part number 22 x 3175 Li, the Optibelt VB S=C Plus series, and the profile C. Our team replies by WhatsApp or email and can confirm the right belt for your drive.
