Description
MOVENDIS PP-CX57-EPDM-AS belongs to v-belt, part of our Power transmission range. Tell us how many you need by WhatsApp or email and we'll get back to you promptly with a quote for PP-CX57-EPDM-AS and any equivalents.
The Movendis PP-CX57-EPDM-AS is a cogged classical V-belt in the CX profile with a length of 1504 mm. Before you fit it, inspect the drive and sheaves so the new belt runs true and wears evenly.
Check sheave grooves for wear, rust, or debris, and confirm the sheaves are aligned. A worn or misaligned groove can damage a new belt even when the profile and length are correct. Verify that the CX profile and 1504 mm length match the old belt marking and the drive requirements.
Turn the drive by hand and look for rough bearings, a bent shaft, or a worn bushing. Correct any issue before fitting the Movendis PP-CX57-EPDM-AS. On multi-belt drives, replace all belts as a set so the load stays shared evenly.
The belt is part of the PowerPlus EPDM Cogged Raw Edge Classical series. When you request a quote, send the part number PP-CX57-EPDM-AS and the drive details so we can confirm the right belt for your application.
