The Movendis PP-AX49,5-EPDM-AS is a cogged classical V-belt in the AX profile with a length of 1294 mm. It belongs to the PowerPlus EPDM Cogged Raw Edge Classical series. When a drive calls for this belt, the marking on the old belt is the fastest way to confirm what you need.

Start by reading the back of the old belt. The part number, profile and length are typically printed there, and the PP-AX49,5-EPDM-AS marking tells you the profile is AX and the length is 1294 mm. If the old belt is worn, glazed or missing, take a photo of the marking before it is discarded. That single step prevents a wrong match on a cogged classical V-belt.

Because this is a cogged raw edge classical V-belt, the cogs on the underside help the belt run cooler and more flexibly than a plain wrapped belt of the same profile. It is a common choice for industrial drives where a classical section is required and the pulley grooves are in good condition. Inspect the pulleys for wear or debris before fitting a new belt.

Send the part number PP-AX49,5-EPDM-AS by WhatsApp or email to request a quote. If the marking is hard to read, include the profile AX and the length 1294 mm, plus a photo of the old belt and the drive. The team can confirm the right belt or suggest an equivalent.
