The GUMMI CF is a flange-type elastic coupling designed to mount directly on a flywheel, linking a motor or gearbox output shaft to the driven machine. Its elastic element compensates small angular and radial misalignment and damps vibration, which helps protect bearings and gears in the drive train.

This coupling belongs to the GUMMI elastic coupling line, and CF identifies the flange variant intended for flywheel mounting. Because it bolts to the flywheel rather than a conventional shaft hub, it simplifies the connection between the prime mover and the machine.
