The DBH 9071 is a radial shaft seal that fits a 14 mm shaft, a 35 mm housing bore and an 8 mm width. Its Lx design combines a metal outer case with a sealing lip, so it presses into the housing and rides on the shaft to hold lubricant in and keep dust, water and other contaminants out.
