The Dayco BP89 is a classical wrapped V-belt in the B profile, with a 2336.8 mm length, 17 mm top width, 11 mm height and a 40-degree angle. Classical wrapped V-belts like this one are commonly used on traditional industrial drives such as line shafts, blowers, pumps and other equipment where a single V-belt runs in a matching sheave groove.

To confirm fit, check that the drive uses a B-section sheave and that the belt's outside length matches the 2336.8 mm dimension required by the application. The 17 mm top width and 11 mm height identify the B profile, while the 40-degree angle is the standard V shape that seats in the sheave groove. If the existing belt is worn or the marking is unreadable, measure the outside length and compare it to the 2336.8 mm figure before ordering.

Because this is a classical wrapped belt, it is not a narrow wedge belt, cogged belt or synchronous belt. It is intended for conventional V-belt drives where the sheave groove is cut for a B-section belt.
