The Dayco BP67 is a classical wrapped V-belt with a B profile and a length of 1778 mm. It measures 17 mm across the top, stands 11 mm high, and has a 40-degree angle. Before you fit this belt, inspect the drive and sheaves so the new belt runs true.

A worn or misaligned sheave will shorten the life of any belt, including a new one. Check the groove flanks for wear, look for a polished or stepped profile, and confirm that the sheaves are aligned and free of debris. With a 17 mm top width and 11 mm height, the BP67 sits in a standard B-profile groove; a groove that has opened up will let the belt ride too low and slip.

Measure the old belt and compare it with the 1778 mm length of the BP67. If the drive uses more than one belt, replace the full set at the same time so the load stays evenly shared. Confirm that the belt sits correctly in the groove and that the take-up adjustment has enough travel before you tension it.
