The Dayco BP40 is a classical wrapped V-belt with a B profile and a length of 1092.2 mm. Before you fit it, inspect the drive and sheaves so the new belt runs true from the start.

Check sheave grooves for wear, rust, or embedded debris, and confirm the sheaves are aligned and free of wobble. A worn groove or misaligned pulley can shorten belt life and cause slippage even when the belt itself is correct. Also check the condition of the drive: bearings, shafts, and any tensioning hardware should be sound before a new belt goes on.
