Description
DAYCO BP199 belongs to v-belt, part of our Power transmission range. Tell us how many you need by WhatsApp or email and we'll get back to you promptly with a quote for BP199 and any equivalents.
The Dayco BP199 is a classical V-belt in a B profile, 17 mm top width, 11 mm height, 40-degree angle, and 5130.8 mm length. Before you fit it, inspect the drive and sheaves so the new belt runs true and wears evenly.
Check sheave grooves for wear, rust, or embedded debris. Worn grooves let the belt sit too deep, which reduces grip and shortens belt life. Confirm the sheaves are aligned and the shafts turn freely. Verify the belt marking matches the drive specification before installation.
Measure the old belt with it under tension on the drive, or compare the marking on the back. The BP199 is a B-profile classical V-belt with a 5130.8 mm length. If the drive uses multiple belts, replace the full set so all belts share the load evenly.
Send the part number BP199, the belt marking, and your drive details by WhatsApp or email. We carry Dayco belts and can help confirm the right belt or suggest an equivalent.
