Description
SKF TLSD 250/WA2 belongs to automatic lubricator, part of our Greases and lubrication range. Tell us how many you need by WhatsApp or email and we'll get back to you promptly with a quote for TLSD 250/WA2 and any equivalents.
The SKF SYSTEM 24 TLSD is an electromechanical single-point lubricator that feeds grease to one lubrication point in a steady, controlled manner. It can be mounted right at the point or set up remotely with a hose, and it operates with a grease cartridge, a CAP cover and a BAT battery. Where manual greasing is impractical or the point is hard to reach, this unit keeps bearings, guides and chains supplied.
Reading the code is straightforward. Take TLSD 125/WA2 and TLSD 250/WA2: both belong to the SYSTEM 24 line, the figures 125 and 250 refer to cartridge volume in cm³, and WA2 denotes the electromechanical drive. A complete order may group the lubricator with its grease cartridge, CAP cover and BAT battery. Match the model to how much grease the point consumes and to the kind of point being served.
You will find these units in food processing, cement, mining, paper and water treatment operations, among others. They suit gearboxes, pumps, fans, conveyors and process machinery, keeping bearings and journals lubricated in spots that are difficult to access and cutting down on manual greasing rounds.
Selection comes down to three things: a grease that suits the bearing or point, the temperature range the equipment runs at, and how often you want grease discharged. Installation may be direct or remote using hoses and adapters. Confirm the point is aligned and properly sealed so grease does not escape. Both the BAT battery and the grease cartridge can be swapped out, which keeps routine servicing simple.
Other brands of automatic lubricators do similar work, so when substituting a unit, check thread, dimensions and discharge characteristics against your application. The SYSTEM 24 TLSD is a widely recognized reference, and using its matching accessories keeps operation dependable. If you are replacing an existing lubricator, compare the specifications or let our team review them with you.
