The Optibelt X17 x 940 is a cogged classical V-belt from the Super TX M=S series. It has a BX profile and a length of 940 mm. Before you fit this belt, inspect the drive and sheaves for wear, alignment, and damage.
Worn sheaves or misaligned pulleys can shorten the life of any belt. Check groove wear, cracks, and buildup in the sheave grooves. Confirm that the sheaves are aligned and that the belt will run in the correct groove. Correct any issues before installing the new Optibelt X17 x 940.
The cogged construction of this classical V-belt is suited to drives with small pulleys. The BX profile and 940 mm length match the original specification. When replacing a belt, always compare the profile and length to the old belt. If the old belt is worn or stretched, use the part number to confirm the correct replacement.
