This Optibelt B 270 belt is a classical V-belt from the VB / Red Power series. It is used on industrial drives where a wrapped classical profile is specified. Confirm fit by checking the profile and the length against the drive.
The belt has a B profile with a 17 mm top width, an 11 mm height and a 40 degree angle. Its length is 6934 mm. These are the values to compare with the belt you are replacing, along with the part number on the back of the belt.
Classical V-belts in this profile are found on drives such as fans, pumps, compressors and other machinery where the pulley groove is cut for a B section. Inspect the pulleys for wear, alignment and correct groove profile before fitting a new belt.
The same size is also listed under Mitsuboshi as B 270. Send the part number and the belt marking by WhatsApp or email and we will confirm the right belt or suggest an equivalent.
