Description
OPTIBELT B 255 belongs to v-belt, part of our Power transmission range. Tell us how many you need by WhatsApp or email and we'll get back to you promptly with a quote for B 255 and any equivalents.
The Optibelt B 255 is a classical V-belt in the VB / Red Power series. Its profile and length are the two figures to check first: this belt is a B profile with a 6553 mm length, a 17 mm top width, an 11 mm height and a 40 degree angle.
For a maintenance or purchasing professional, the profile sets how the belt sits in the pulley groove and the length sets the center distance it spans. Confirm both against the drive before you order. The B profile here is 17 mm across the top, 11 mm high and formed at 40 degrees, and the length is 6553 mm.
The same size is also listed under Gates B 255, so if that is the number on your old belt or in your records, this Optibelt belt matches it. The belt carries the marking B 255, which is what to read from the back of the belt when you are identifying a replacement.
