The Optibelt 16 T5 / 2500 AFX is an Alpha Flex timing belt with a T5 profile and a 2500 mm length. This page is written for maintenance and engineering teams that need to match it to the belt being replaced.
To match this belt, read the marking on the back of the belt you are removing. Confirm the profile is T5 and the length is 2500 mm, then compare the part number 16 T5 / 2500 AFX. If the old belt is worn or the marking is unreadable, measure the length and check the tooth profile before ordering.
A timing belt is selected by profile and length. The T5 profile and 2500 mm length identify this Optibelt Alpha Flex belt. When you request a quote, send the part number 16 T5 / 2500 AFX and the application details so we can confirm it is the correct belt for your drive.
Replacing a timing belt is also a good time to inspect the pulleys, tensioner and idler for wear or damage. If the drive uses more than one belt, replace them as a set to keep the drive balanced. For a quote, send the part number and the quantity you need by WhatsApp or email.
