The Movendis PowerPlus EPDM Cogged Raw Edge Narrow belt in XPA profile, 1457 mm, is a cogged narrow V-belt for industrial drives. Before fitting a new belt, inspect the drive and sheaves so the replacement runs true and wears evenly.
Check sheave grooves for wear, rust, or debris, and confirm the sheaves are aligned. Worn or misaligned sheaves can damage a new belt quickly, so correct any issues before installing the Movendis PP-XPA1457-EPDM-AS.
Confirm the belt marking on the old part matches the XPA profile and 1457 mm length. If the drive uses multiple belts, replace the full set at the same time to keep tension even across the grooves.
