Description
MOVENDIS PP-SPA2240 belongs to v-belt, part of our Power transmission range. Tell us how many you need by WhatsApp or email and we'll get back to you promptly with a quote for PP-SPA2240 and any equivalents.
The Movendis PP-SPA2240 is a PowerPlus narrow wedge V-belt in the SPA profile, 2240 mm long, with a 12.7 mm top width, 10 mm height and 40 degree angle. Before fitting it, inspect the drive and sheaves so the new belt seats and wears correctly.
Check sheave grooves for wear, corrosion, burrs or embedded debris. Worn or damaged grooves can prevent the 40 degree SPA belt from seating properly, which leads to slip, heat and short belt life. Confirm the sheaves are aligned and the correct SPA profile is used.
Inspect the rest of the drive: bearings, shafts, tensioning movement and guards. Correct any misalignment or runout before installing the PP-SPA2240. Clean the grooves and verify that the new 2240 mm belt routes without forcing.
For a quote, send the part number PP-SPA2240, the quantity and any drive details you have. If you are unsure about the profile or length, our team can help confirm the right belt or suggest an equivalent.
