Description
MOVENDIS PP-BX118-EPDM-AS belongs to v-belt, part of our Power transmission range. Tell us how many you need by WhatsApp or email and we'll get back to you promptly with a quote for PP-BX118-EPDM-AS and any equivalents.
The Movendis PP-BX118-EPDM-AS is a cogged classical V-belt in the BX profile with a length of 3039 mm. Before you fit it, inspect the drive and sheaves so the new belt runs true from the start.
Check sheave grooves for wear, burrs, and buildup. Worn grooves let a new belt sit too deep and slip. Confirm the sheaves are aligned and the shafts turn freely. Look for oil, heat, or debris that can shorten belt life.
Confirm the BX profile and 3039 mm length match the drive before installation. A belt that is too long or too short will not tension correctly. Replace belts in sets when the drive uses more than one, so the load stays even.
If you are unsure, send the part number PP-BX118-EPDM-AS by WhatsApp or email. We carry the Movendis PowerPlus EPDM Cogged Raw Edge Classical line and can help confirm the right belt for your drive.
