The Movendis PP-3VX1005-EPDM-AS is a cogged narrow V-belt in the 3VX profile with a length of 2553 mm. It belongs to the PowerPlus EPDM Cogged Raw Edge Narrow series. This page helps you match it to the belt you are replacing.

To confirm it is the right belt, read the marking on the back of the old belt. The profile and length are the key fields: this belt is a 3VX profile and 2553 mm long. If the old marking matches those two values, this is the correct replacement. The cogged raw edge construction is part of the series name, so check that the old belt is also a cogged narrow V-belt rather than a wrapped or banded type.

If the old belt is worn or the marking is unreadable, measure the length along the belt's outer path and check the cross-section against the 3VX profile. Do not rely on a partial number alone. When you send your quote request, include the part number PP-3VX1005-EPDM-AS and, if possible, a photo of the old belt's marking. Our team can help confirm the right belt or suggest an equivalent.

Because this is a single belt, inspection of the drive before ordering is straightforward. Check all belts on the drive for wear, glazing or cracking. If the drive uses multiple belts, replace them as a set so the load is shared evenly. Confirm the sheave grooves are clean and not worn, since a worn groove can shorten belt life even when the correct belt is fitted.
