Description
MOVENDIS P-SPZ1987 belongs to v-belt, part of our Power transmission range. Tell us how many you need by WhatsApp or email and we'll get back to you promptly with a quote for P-SPZ1987 and any equivalents.
The Movendis P-SPZ1987 is a narrow wedge V-belt in the SPZ profile, 1987 mm long, with a 9.7 mm top width, 8 mm height and 40 degree angle. Before you fit it, inspect the drive and sheaves so the new belt is not damaged by worn components. We carry this belt and quote by part number.
Check sheave grooves for wear, cracks, or embedded debris, and confirm the grooves match the SPZ profile. Misaligned or worn sheaves can reduce belt life and cause vibration. Verify that the sheave diameters and the center distance suit the 1987 mm belt length before installation.
Inspect the drive for damaged bearings, bent shafts, or loose mounts. Correct any issues before fitting the P-SPZ1987. When replacing a belt on a multi-belt drive, fit a full set of matched belts to keep tension even across the drive.
If you are unsure whether this narrow wedge V-belt is the right replacement, send the belt marking or the drive details by WhatsApp or email. Our team can help confirm the correct belt or suggest an equivalent.
