Description
GATES SPBP 4750 PowerBand belongs to v-belt, part of our Power transmission range. Tell us how many you need by WhatsApp or email and we'll get back to you promptly with a quote for SPBP 4750 PowerBand and any equivalents.
This is a Gates Predator PowerBand banded V-belt, part number SPBP 4750, with a length of 4750 mm. Banded V-belts are used on drives where multiple V-belts run in parallel and must stay tied together, such as high-torque industrial drives that see pulsating or shock loads. Use the part number and length to confirm this is the belt your drive calls for.
To confirm fit, check the belt currently on the drive. Read the marking on the back of the old belt and compare the part number and length against this listing. If the old belt shows SPBP 4750 and 4750 mm, this is the matching belt.
Also inspect the drive itself. Count the number of ribs or the number of individual belts joined in the band, and check the pulley grooves for wear, debris or damage. A banded belt must sit correctly in every groove across the width of the band; a worn or mismatched groove can cause the belt to run off or fail early.
If the marking is unreadable or the belt is missing, send us the drive make and model, the pulley diameters and the number of grooves. Our team can help confirm the right belt or suggest an equivalent, and you can request a quote by part number through WhatsApp or email.
