Description
GATES AX84 belongs to v-belt, part of our Power transmission range. Tell us how many you need by WhatsApp or email and we'll get back to you promptly with a quote for AX84 and any equivalents.
This is a Gates Tri-Power cogged classical V-belt in AX profile, with a length of 2185 mm. Cogged classical V-belts are used on drives with small pulleys or where a standard wrapped belt would run hot or slip. The part number is AX84.
To confirm fit, compare the marking on the old belt with AX84. The profile is AX and the length is 2185 mm; both must match the drive. Check the pulley grooves for wear, oil or debris, and verify that the belt sits correctly in the groove.
The same size is also listed under Dayco AX84. If your drive uses multiple belts, replace the full set at the same time so the load stays even across all belts. Send the part number, the belt marking and a photo of the drive if you want us to help confirm the right belt or suggest an equivalent.
