The Gates 7M 825 JB is a Polyflex JB narrow V-belt with an 818 mm length. This profile is used in compact, high-speed drives where a standard V-belt would be too wide or too heavy. It is common on light-duty machinery, small appliances and precision equipment.

To confirm fit, check the old belt's back marking for the profile and length. The 7M profile indicates a narrow V-belt cross-section, and 818 mm is the datum length. If the marking is worn, measure the top width and the outside length, or send a photo of the belt and the drive pulleys.

Polyflex JB belts are often used in drives with small pulleys and high speeds, such as those found in power tools, HVAC blowers and industrial equipment. Because they are narrow, they fit drives where space is limited and alignment is critical.

When ordering, provide the part number 7M 825 JB and the quantity needed. If you are replacing multiple belts on the same drive, it is good practice to replace them as a set to maintain even tension and load sharing.
