The Gates Multi-Speed 13x700 is a variable speed belt with a 700 mm length. It is one of the belts we carry for industrial drives. This page helps you match it to the belt you are replacing.
The most reliable way to select this belt is to read the marking on the old belt. Confirm that the profile matches and that the length is 700 mm. If the old belt is worn, measure it only as a check, not as the primary reference.
Variable speed belts run in drives where the sheave pitch diameter changes. Inspect the sheaves for wear, clean the grooves, and verify that both sheaves are aligned. A worn sheave can damage a new belt quickly.
If you are unsure whether this is the correct belt, send the part number and the marking from the old belt. We will help confirm the right belt or suggest an equivalent.
