The CP109 belongs to Dayco's line of classical wrapped industrial belts. Its C profile is the cross-section to check first: the belt sits 22 mm wide at the top and 14 mm high, so the pulley groove must accept that section. The 40-degree angle is the standard V shape the groove is cut to match.

Length is the second check. This belt is listed at 2870.2 mm, measured as the datum length for a classical V-belt. On a two-pulley drive, confirm the center distance and pulley diameters produce that length. On a drive with an idler or tensioner, note the position of the take-up before comparing.

If you are replacing an existing belt, read the marking on the back of the old belt and compare it to the CP109. A worn belt can measure shorter than its original length, so use the printed marking rather than a tape measure alone.
