Replace a worn double-V belt with the Dayco BB 60, a BB profile belt measuring 1600.2 mm. This hexagonal belt drives from both sides, so matching the marking on the old belt is the first step.
To match the belt being replaced, read the marking on its back. You need the profile and the length: this Dayco belt is BB profile and 1600.2 mm. If the old belt shows BB 60, the Dayco BB 60 is the same size. The same size is also listed under Optibelt BB 60 and Gates BB 60.
A double-V belt contacts both pulley faces, so check the drive for worn or misaligned pulleys before fitting a new belt. Confirm the routing and that both sides of the belt run correctly in their grooves. For a quote, send the part number BB 60, the quantity, and the profile and length from the old belt.
