TECMA DRIVE slewing rings
Choose from three gear types and three constructions. Find the card that matches your ring and open the part number's page; a series such as E.20.00.B groups the part numbers built the same way.
Complete list: 157 slewing rings Slewing rings explained: what they are and how to choose one
External gear
The outer ring carries the gear teeth, and the pinion engages the ring from outside. Part numbers begin with E.

Single-row ball
Balls with four-point contact let a single bearing carry axial and radial loads plus tilting moment. Comes with solid rings (B) or flanged rings (C).
Series E.20.00.B
Series E.20.00.C

Double-row ball
Built for high combined loads and severe duty, these special versions use two ball rows, each with four-point contact.

Crossed roller
14 mm cylindrical rollers set alternately at 90° give stiffness and rotational accuracy in a compact height. Light R-ZT series.
Internal gear
The inner ring carries the gear teeth, and the pinion engages the ring from inside. Part numbers begin with I.

Single-row ball
Balls with four-point contact let a single bearing carry axial and radial loads plus tilting moment. Comes with solid rings (B) or flanged rings (C).
Series I.20.00.B
Series I.20.00.C
Series I.25.00.B

Double-row ball
Built for high combined loads and severe duty, these special versions use two ball rows, each with four-point contact.

Crossed roller
14 mm cylindrical rollers set alternately at 90° give stiffness and rotational accuracy in a compact height. Light R-ZT series.
Gearless
Neither ring is toothed: the slewing ring guides the rotation while a separate mechanism drives it. Part numbers begin with SD.

Single-row ball

TECMA DRIVE slew drives
A single assembly with slewing ring, worm and housing, ready for the motor to be mounted. TECMA DRIVE offers eight families; any without listed part numbers yet are quoted from your application data.
Complete list: 34 slew drives Slew drives explained: what they are and how to choose one

Standard TD-E
Worm with a motor input at either end, cataphoresis-coated housing sealed to IP65 (IP66 as an option) and a QPQ-treated ring. Can be fitted with position sensors and custom motors.

Reinforced TD-W
Extra mounting holes in the housing distribute the load and increase tilting resistance. The motor goes on one end, with a hex on the other for turning it by hand.

Double worm
Two worms acting on one ring reduce backlash, improve self-locking and let the teeth carry more load than with a single worm.
