A withdrawal sleeve is an externally threaded tapered sleeve. It mounts tapered bore bearings on cylindrical shafts and, above all, lets you remove them without hammering or scoring the shaft. A lock nut runs onto the sleeve thread; tightening it against the inner ring pulls the sleeve out of the bearing bore. It is the usual choice on stepped shafts in drives, fans, pumps and gearboxes.
This line covers the AH and AHX series, with part numbers like AH208, AH2308 or AHX 2310. The digits combine the bearing dimension series with a size code; multiply the last two by 5 for the bearing bore in millimeters, so size 08 means 40 mm. That figure is not the shaft diameter. Brands write the part number with or without a space (AH 2308, AH2308), and some add suffix letters, as in AH 2313 G.
Start from the bearing: its designation, tapered bore and thread. Use the sleeve series that matches that bearing, since diameter, taper and thread change from one series and size to the next. Lock nuts and lock washers are quoted as separate items; check them together with the sleeve, as with the rest of the assembly.
Brands we carry for withdrawal sleeves: FAG, BGL, Timken, SKF, NTN and NSK. Send the sleeve part number or, if you don't have it, the bearing designation, the tapered bore and a photo of the installed part, and we'll identify the equivalent. Reach us by WhatsApp or email for a prompt quote.
Dimensions and tolerances: Message us the part number on WhatsApp and we'll verify its dimensions and version with the manufacturer's datasheet.
