The Stark BB 108 is a double-V (hexagonal) belt in the BB profile. It drives from both sides of the belt, which is common on reversing drives and multi-pulley setups where a standard V-belt cannot be used. The same size is also listed under Mitsuboshi BB 108, Optibelt BB 108 and Gates BB 108.
