Description
PIX GL-H5V-2550 belongs to v-belt, part of our Power transmission range. Tell us how many you need by WhatsApp or email and we'll get back to you promptly with a quote for GL-H5V-2550 and any equivalents.
The PIX GL-H5V-2550 is a banded V-belt from the PIX-Gallant series, with a length of 6477 mm. Before fitting a replacement, inspect the drive and sheaves so the new belt seats and tracks correctly from the start.
Check sheave grooves for wear, rust, or embedded debris. Worn grooves let a banded V-belt sit too low, which leads to slipping and uneven load across the ribs. Confirm the sheaves are aligned and the shafts turn freely by hand.
Look at the old belt as it comes off. Cracking, glazing, or separated bands point to a drive problem rather than normal wear. Clean the grooves, correct any misalignment, and check that the take-up has enough travel for a 6477 mm belt.
When you are ready to order, send the part number GL-H5V-2550 and the quantity you need. We carry the PIX-Gallant line and will confirm the belt against your drive details.
