This is an Optibelt XPB 3000 XEP cogged narrow V-belt from the Super XE-Power Pro M=S series. It is a raw-edge, cogged wedge belt in the XPB profile with a 3000 mm length, built for compact, high-speed industrial drives. We carry it for maintenance and purchasing teams across the US, Canada, Mexico and South America.
Cogged narrow V-belts in the XPB profile suit drives where a standard-section belt would be too wide or too heavy: fans, pumps, compressors, mixers and similar equipment running at higher speeds with smaller pulleys. The cogged underside helps the belt bend around small sheaves, which is often where a drive is hardest on its belts.
To confirm fit, read the marking on the back of the old belt and match the profile and length exactly. This belt is marked XPB for the profile and 3000 mm for the length, so the replacement needs to carry both. Also check the sheave grooves for wear, oil or debris and confirm the pulley alignment before the belt goes on.
On multi-belt drives, replace the full set at once so the belts share the load evenly, and re-tension after the first hours of running. If the old belt is unmarked or worn smooth, send us the machine details and the dimensions you can measure, and we will help confirm the right belt or suggest an equivalent.

Frequently asked questions
- How do I know this XPB 3000 XEP belt fits my drive?
- Match the profile and length on the back of your old belt: XPB and 3000 mm. If the old belt is unreadable, measure the outside length and the top width, and send those along with the pulley diameters.
- What does the cogged construction mean for my application?
- The cogs on the underside let the belt bend more easily around smaller pulleys, which is common on compact, higher-speed industrial drives. It is a narrow V-belt in the XPB profile, not a standard-section belt.
- Can you help if I only have the part number?
- Yes. Send the part number XPB 3000 XEP by WhatsApp or email and we will confirm the belt or suggest an equivalent for your drive.
