Description
OPTIBELT XL K 180 belongs to timing belt, part of our Power transmission range. Tell us how many you need by WhatsApp or email and we'll get back to you promptly with a quote for XL K 180 and any equivalents.
The Optibelt Alpha Torque XL K 180 is a timing belt with an XL profile and a length of 457.2 mm. Before you install it, inspect the drive and the sheaves so the new belt runs true and lasts.
Check the sheaves for worn grooves, burrs, or debris that can damage the belt teeth. Verify that the sheaves are aligned and that the bearings turn freely. Any misalignment or roughness will shorten belt life and cause noise.
Confirm that the belt tension is set to the drive manufacturer's specification. Too little tension can cause tooth jumping; too much can overload the bearings and the belt. Rotate the drive by hand to check for smooth engagement before running under load.
When you need this Optibelt Alpha Torque XL K 180 belt, send the part number by WhatsApp or email. We carry the Optibelt brand and can help confirm the right belt for your drive.
