Description
OPTIBELT XL K 166 belongs to timing belt, part of our Power transmission range. Tell us how many you need by WhatsApp or email and we'll get back to you promptly with a quote for XL K 166 and any equivalents.
The Optibelt Alpha Torque XL K 166 is a timing belt with an XL profile and a length of 421.64 mm. Before you fit a new belt, inspect the drive and sheaves so the replacement runs true and lasts.
Check sheave grooves for wear, burrs, and buildup that can damage the belt. Confirm the sheaves are aligned and the bearings turn freely. A worn or misaligned drive will shorten the life of any new belt, including this Optibelt Alpha Torque XL K 166.
Verify the belt marking on the back of the old belt matches the XL profile and 421.64 mm length. If the drive has more than one belt, replace them as a set to keep loads even. Tension the new belt to the drive manufacturer's specification after installation.
To request a quote, send the part number XL K 166 and the quantity you need by WhatsApp or email. Our team can confirm the belt or suggest an equivalent based on your drive details.
