Description
OPTIBELT T5 780 belongs to timing belt, part of our Power transmission range. Tell us how many you need by WhatsApp or email and we'll get back to you promptly with a quote for T5 780 and any equivalents.
This Optibelt Alpha Power timing belt is a T5 profile belt with a 780 mm length and a 5 mm pitch. Before fitting it, inspect the drive and sheaves so the new belt runs true and wears evenly.
Check the sheaves for worn grooves, burrs, or debris, and confirm they are aligned and secure. Verify that the T5 profile and 780 mm length match the drive's requirements. If the old belt's marking is unclear, send the part number and a photo for confirmation.
During installation, avoid prying or forcing the belt over flanges. Tension it according to the drive manufacturer's procedure, then rotate the drive by hand to check for rubbing or misalignment. Recheck tension after the initial run-in period.
For a quote, send the part number T5 780, the quantity needed, and any details from the old belt's back marking. We carry Optibelt belts and can help confirm the correct T5 780 for your application.
