Timing belt Optibelt T5 510

OPTIBELT T5 510 belongs to timing belt, part of our Power transmission range. Tell us how many you need by WhatsApp or email and we'll get back to you promptly with a quote for T5 510 and any equivalents.

This Optibelt Alpha Power timing belt is identified by profile T5 and length 510 mm. It has a 5 mm pitch. Before you fit it, inspect the drive and the sheaves so the new belt runs true.

Check the sheaves for worn grooves, burrs, or debris that can damage the belt teeth. Confirm the shafts turn freely and the bearings are in good condition. Misalignment or a worn sheave will shorten the life of any timing belt, including this T5 profile.

Verify that the drive is clean and the tensioning system moves as intended. A T5 belt with a 510 mm length and 5 mm pitch must sit correctly in the pulley grooves. If the old belt shows uneven wear, correct the cause before fitting the new one.

When you request a quote, send the part number T5 510 and the quantity you need. If you are unsure whether this is the right belt for your drive, share the old belt marking and a photo of the drive. We carry Optibelt Alpha Power timing belts and can help confirm the correct part.
