The Optibelt SPA KB 1500 is a banded V-belt with a 1500 mm length. It is built for drives where multiple V-belts run as a set. Before fitting, inspect the drive and sheaves for wear or misalignment.
A banded V-belt ties several belts together, so the set stays in sync. Check each sheave groove for wear, rust, or debris. Worn grooves can let the belt sit too deep and slip. Also check sheave alignment with a straightedge or laser. Misalignment shortens belt life and can cause the band to fail.
Measure the old belt and confirm the profile and length. The SPA KB 1500 is a 1500 mm banded V-belt. If the drive has been running with a worn or mismatched set, replace all belts at once. Mixing old and new belts in a banded set can overload the new belt. Clean the grooves and check the tensioner before fitting.
For a quote, send the part number SPA KB 1500, the quantity, and the drive details. Photos of the sheaves and the old belt marking help us confirm the right belt. We carry Optibelt and can reply promptly by WhatsApp or email.
