Description
OPTIBELT BX 61 KB belongs to v-belt, part of our Power transmission range. Tell us how many you need by WhatsApp or email and we'll get back to you promptly with a quote for BX 61 KB and any equivalents.
The Optibelt BX 61 KB is a banded V-belt with a length of 1626 mm. Before you fit it, inspect the drive and sheaves so the new belt runs true and wears evenly.
Check sheave grooves for wear, rust, or embedded debris. Worn grooves let the belt sit too deep, which reduces grip and can cause slip or heat buildup. Confirm sheaves are aligned and free of wobble, and that the drive turns freely by hand.
Look for oil, coolant, or dust on the drive. Clean the grooves and check that no component interferes with the belt path. On a banded belt like the BX 61 KB, all ribs must seat evenly; a single damaged groove can affect the whole band.
When you request a quote, send the part number BX 61 KB and the length 1626 mm. If you are replacing a belt that has been on the drive for some time, note any unusual wear pattern on the old belt so we can help confirm the right replacement.
