The Optibelt BX 35 Super TX is a cogged classical V-belt in the BX profile with a length of 965 mm. Before fitting a replacement, inspect the drive and sheaves so the new belt runs true and wears evenly.
Check sheave grooves for wear, corrosion, or embedded debris. Worn or damaged grooves can shorten belt life and cause vibration even when the correct Optibelt BX 35 Super TX is fitted. Confirm that the sheaves are aligned and that the drive is free of obstructions.
Verify that the belt marking matches the required part number. This belt is a BX profile with a length of 965 mm. The same size is also listed under Dayco BX 35. If you need help confirming the right belt or an equivalent, send the part number and photos of the drive and the old belt by WhatsApp or email.
