This is an Optibelt B 57 KB banded V-belt with a length of 1524 mm. Banded construction ties multiple V-belts together so they run as one unit on drives that use several belts side by side. If your drive calls for a B-profile banded belt, this is the part number to check.
Banded V-belts are common on drives where two or more V-belts share the load, such as line-shaft equipment, large fans and other multi-groove setups. The band keeps the belts from whipping or turning over and helps them stay seated in the sheave grooves.
To confirm fit, read the marking on the back of the belt you are replacing and match the profile and length. This belt is B profile and 1524 mm. Also check the number of ribs in the band and the sheave groove count, since a banded belt must match the drive's groove arrangement.
