Description
OPTIBELT AX 80 belongs to v-belt, part of our Power transmission range. Tell us how many you need by WhatsApp or email and we'll get back to you promptly with a quote for AX 80 and any equivalents.
The Optibelt Super TX AX 80 is a cogged classical V-belt in the AX profile with a length of 2083 mm. Before you fit it, inspect the drive and sheaves so the new belt runs true and lasts.
Check sheave grooves for wear, rust, or debris, and confirm they are aligned and free of burrs. A worn or misaligned sheave can damage a new cogged belt quickly, no matter how good the belt is.
Measure the old belt and compare it with the 2083 mm length and AX profile of the Optibelt Super TX AX 80. If the drive uses multiple belts, replace them as a set so the load stays even across all strands.
The same size is also listed under Dayco AX 80 and Gates AX 80. Send the part number and a photo of the belt marking by WhatsApp or email, and we will help confirm the right belt or suggest an equivalent.
