The Optibelt 8V KB 3350 BP is a banded V-belt from the KB Blue Power series, with a length of 8509 mm. Before you install it, take a few minutes to inspect the drive and sheaves. A worn or misaligned sheave can shorten the life of any new belt.

Check sheave grooves for wear, rust, or embedded debris. Look for a step or ridge where the belt rides; this can prevent proper seating. Verify that all sheaves are aligned and secure on their shafts. Any misalignment will cause the belt to track unevenly and wear quickly.

Inspect the entire drive for other components that may affect performance. Worn bearings, loose mounts, or damaged guards should be addressed before fitting the new belt. Confirm that the belt tensioning system moves freely and has enough adjustment range.

The 8V KB 3350 BP is a banded V-belt, meaning multiple V-belts are joined by a common backing. This construction keeps the belts from turning over or jumping out of the grooves. When you are ready to order, send the part number 8V KB 3350 BP via WhatsApp or email for a prompt quote.
