This Optibelt 8V KB 1800 RP belt is a banded V-belt from the KB Red Power 3 series. The 8V profile and 4572 mm length are the two dimensions to match against your drive before you order. Use the part number when requesting a quote.
The 8V profile identifies the cross-section of this banded V-belt, so it must match the sheave groove on your drive. The 4572 mm length is the datum you compare with the belt you are replacing. If your current belt is marked 8V KB 1800 RP, this is the same profile and length.
Banded construction ties the ribs together, which suits drives where a single belt would tend to flip or whip. Check the sheaves for wear and alignment while the belt is off, and confirm that all ribs seat evenly in the grooves.
When you request a quote, send the part number 8V KB 1800 RP and the quantity. If you are unsure whether this profile and length fit your drive, include the belt marking and the sheave dimensions so the team can confirm it or suggest an equivalent.
