Description
OPTIBELT 830 DS5M SL 220 belongs to timing belt, part of our Power transmission range. Tell us how many you need by WhatsApp or email and we'll get back to you promptly with a quote for 830 DS5M SL 220 and any equivalents.
The Optibelt 830 DS5M SL 220 is a double-sided timing belt with an 830 mm length. Before you fit it, inspect the drive and sheaves so the new belt runs true and lasts.
Check sheave grooves for wear, burrs, or debris, and confirm the sheaves are aligned. A worn or misaligned sheave can damage a new belt quickly, even if the part number is correct.
Verify the belt path and tensioner operation. The double-sided profile must engage both sides correctly; any idler or guide that is rough or seized will affect tracking.
Once the drive is clean and aligned, install the Optibelt 830 DS5M SL 220. Confirm the belt seats fully in the grooves and recheck tension after initial run-in.
