Description
OPTIBELT 6 x 500 Li belongs to v-belt, part of our Power transmission range. Tell us how many you need by WhatsApp or email and we'll get back to you promptly with a quote for 6 x 500 Li and any equivalents.
The Optibelt 6 x 500 Li is a classical V-belt in the VB S=C Plus series. It has a Y profile and a 500 mm length. Before you fit it, check the drive and sheaves.
Inspect the sheave grooves for wear, rust, or embedded debris. Worn grooves let the belt sit too deep and slip. Check that the sheaves are aligned and that the shafts turn freely. Look for oil or heat sources that can shorten belt life.
When you replace a belt, measure the old one and read the marking on its back. The 6 x 500 Li marking identifies this belt: Y profile and 500 mm length. If the old belt is stretched or worn, confirm the drive still uses the same size.
On multi-belt drives, replace all belts at the same time. A new belt mixed with old ones can carry more load and fail early. Send the part number 6 x 500 Li by WhatsApp or email for a quote.
