When you need to match a Poly-V belt on a conveyor drive, start with the profile and the length. This Optibelt belt is identified as 6 EPJ 282 CO, with an EPJ profile and a 282 mm length. Use those two values to compare against the belt you are replacing.
Read the marking on the back of the old belt. If it shows the same part number, you have a direct match. If the marking is worn or missing, measure the length and confirm the profile, then compare those numbers to the 282 mm length and EPJ profile listed here.
A Poly-V belt is also called a multi-rib or serpentine belt. It is used on drives where the ribs run in matching grooves on the pulleys. Check that the pulley grooves are clean and free of wear, and that the belt sits correctly in the grooves before you request a quote.
Send the part number 6 EPJ 282 CO, or the profile and length from your old belt, by WhatsApp or email. The team replies promptly and can help confirm the right belt or suggest an equivalent.
