Description
OPTIBELT 5VX KB 630 belongs to v-belt, part of our Power transmission range. Tell us how many you need by WhatsApp or email and we'll get back to you promptly with a quote for 5VX KB 630 and any equivalents.
The Optibelt 5VX KB 630 is a banded V-belt from the Super KBX-Power series, built for drives that need multiple belts to work as one unit. Its 1600 mm length and banded construction make it a direct replacement for worn or stretched belts on the same sheave setup.
Before fitting a new banded V-belt, inspect the sheaves. Check groove wear, alignment, and for any burrs or debris that can cut into the belt. A worn sheave can shorten belt life even when the replacement is correct. Confirm the drive is locked out and the sheaves are clean and true.
Match the old belt by its marking: Optibelt 5VX KB 630, Super KBX-Power, 1600 mm. Banded belts must run as a set, so replace all belts on the drive at the same time. Mixing old and new belts can cause uneven tension and vibration.
When you request a quote, send the part number and the quantity needed. If you are unsure about the correct belt, share the drive details and the team can help confirm the right belt or suggest an equivalent.
